UMMA’s mission is to support K-12 teachers and students by providing flexible and relevant learning experiences. We will work with you to find resources that fit your needs.
In-Person Learning Experiences
UMMA Teaching Learning staff and volunteers offer in-person K-12 group guided tours. Priority will be given to schools: without a full-time art program, in which at least 50% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch, and those visiting UMMA for the first time. Bus grants are available for qualifying schools.
Virtual Learning Experiences
Bring the UMMA experience and collection to your classroom! We have virtual options for teachers and students to engage with art at school or home.
Find Virtual Options: narrated field trips, image portfolios, and lesson plans.
Downloadable Materials: artist biographical backgrounds, scavenger hunts, and coloring pages.
Explore UMMA's Art Collection: online objects and resources. Search for titles, objects, or themes.
